Add contrast, character & curiosity to your garden this year with this rare & fascinating dark-leaved CA native annual. Mildly branching erect dark stems to 30” tall begin to form the small & intricate white “urn” flowers protruding from the leaves just as the beautifully shaped foliage begins to turn a startling dark bluish ruby, creating a stunning contrast! Spring blooming, the leaves remain till mid-Summer. Good habitat plant. Great in cut flower arrangements & self-sows.
