Your Plant Bitch does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Due to the nature of live plants and seeds, outcomes cannot be guaranteed once an order leaves my care.

🪴Plants, Seeds & Germination Disclaimer

 

I take great care to ship healthy plants and viable seeds along with all of my other products. However, success depends on environmental and care factors beyond my control, including but not limited to:

• Soil type and pH

• Planting depth

• Moisture and humidity

• Temperature and weather

• Light exposure

• Aftercare and environment

I cannot guarantee germination, establishment, or survival of plants or seeds.

Buyers are responsible for researching proper care and growing requirements prior to purchase.

If you experience issues, please contact me immediately. I am happy to help troubleshoot when possible; however, I cannot revive plants or seeds once conditions become terminal.

My Plants and Seeds health always comes first.

I reserve the right to delay shipping, if weather or transit conditions are unsafe for the plants and seeds. I do not ship based on customer timelines, if doing so would risk plant health.

Orders may be held until temperatures and weather conditions are safe and optimal for shipping. Weather-related shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, charge backs or replacements.

This policy exists to protect your plants and seeds prevent unnecessary loss during transit.

🌸 Mimosa Pudica ~ Critical Care Notice 

Mimosa pudica (Sensitive Plant) is extremely temperature sensitive and requires special handling.

• Minimum safe temperature: 65°F (18°C) — NEVER below

• Exposure to colder temperatures can cause irreversible damage or death

• I strongly recommend:

• A heat pack

• A protective shell

• The fastest available shipping option for all my plants is always my recommendation. 

Any of my orders may be held until weather conditions are safe.

• Heat packs during cold weather

• Protective shells for physical support

• The fastest available shipping option to reduce transit time

These protections significantly improve survival rates but do not guarantee success, as weather conditions and carrier handling remain outside my control.

📦 Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is dropped off with the shipping carrier:

• I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage

• All carrier claims must be filed by the buyer

• If a package arrives damaged, photos must be taken before and after opening
